At TOPDON ARTIDIAG, we stand behind the quality of our products. We guarantee that all our diagnostic tools will perform “as designed and as advertised.” To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer the following refund policies:
- Professional Series Diagnostic Packages: 30-Day Full Money-Back Guarantee
- All Other Products: 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you encounter an issue, we kindly ask for the opportunity to resolve it. If we are unable to do so, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for the full amount paid.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a ARTIDIAG error.
- Refunds will be processed in the same form of payment originally used.
- All returns must be in their original packaging and in like-new, sellable condition to qualify for a full refund. Returns missing original packaging or not in like-new condition may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
How to Return a Product
- Gather the product, including all original contents and packaging.
- Contact our customer support team sales@artidiag.com to initiate the return process.
- Ship the item back to the provided return address.

Special Considerations
Return Shipping Fees
- If the return is not due to a ARTIDIAG error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Estimated return shipping fees will be provided when requesting a return label.
- If the return is due to a ARTIDIAG error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will cover return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
✔ Damaged during shipping
✔ Defective upon arrival
✔ Not the product you ordered
Please contact us immediately within the return period, and we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost, including ground shipping fees.
Connected Devices
Before returning any connected devices, please ensure that:
- All personal data has been removed.
- The device is disconnected from any cloud accounts or linked devices.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale merchandise
